▎ 摘 要
Biomedical engineering (BME) is for the benefit of human beings through promoting disease prevention, diagnosis and therapy, patient rehabilitation and other healthcare modes. The urgent demand of human beings makes BME develop rapidly in recent years. Material science is a very important area and it can provide strong support for the development of BME. Graphene (Gr) is an excellent material with remarkable mechanical properties, electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity and compatibility. Silk is a traditional fiber material with good flexibility and biocompatibility. Various silk/Gr based composites with different shapes and functions can be fabricated by different methods and they can be applied in various fields of BME. The present article reviews these tunable silk/Gr composites fabricated though different ways and explains their properties and functions. Moreover, the versatile applications of these silk/Gr based composites in BME area are summarized and discussed. On basis of this comprehensive review, the possible demand and direction of research on silk/Gr based composites in future are presented.
