▎ 摘  要

An investigation on temperature sensor of singlemode-dual tapered multimode-singlemode (SDTMS) structure with sensitive material cladding is presented. The selection of Ag-doped ZnO composite graphene (Ag-ZnO/ Graphene) to be sensitive material. The Ag-ZnO/Graphene is prepared successfully by hydrothermal method, and characterized by (scanning electron microscope)SEM. The prepared Ag-ZnO/Graphene is coated on two cones of multimode fiber (MMF). The Ag concentration is varied to explore the effect of Ag concentration on the temperature sensing performance. The experimental results show that the transmission spectrum of sensor shows different degrees of blueshifts which tends to rise with the increase of Ag concentration from 1% to 4%. Furthermore, 4% concentration of Ag-ZnO/Graphene exhibits the largest shift in interference wavelength with temperature, presenting a high sensitivity of 585.7 pm/C at 42 ?~ 50 ? The proposed sensor has the advantages of higher sensitivity, good selectivity, low cost, and simple fabrication, expected to be used in a wide variety of applications in the field of temperature detection.
