▎ 摘  要

We study a nonlinear interaction between pump and signal mid-infrared surface plasmon-polariton (SPP) modes propagating along the graphene waveguide integrated with a stub nanoresonator loaded with a core-shell nanowire (NW). The conditions of strong SPP-NW coupling and very narrowband resonance for Ladder-type interaction with both signal and pump SPPs localized in nanoresonator are established and discussed. Using the 2D full-wave electromagnetic simulation, we demonstrate that the transmittance of signal SPP through the graphene waveguide with stub is negligible in the absence of pump SPP. The switching on the pump SPP enhances the signal SPP transmittance through the waveguide up to 93% in 20 ps. This occurs owing to the transition from destructive to constructive interference triggered by an additional r-phase shift of the signal SPP in the process of nonlinear SPP-NW interaction. We propose to use the effect of transmittance switching of signal SPP for the design of the all-plasmonic graphene transistor that can function at the mid-infrared wavelength range.
