▎ 摘 要
The present effort was made to design a facile, fast and sensitive electrochemical method to detect 4-aminophenol via the appreciable properties of N-doped reduced graphene oxide/copper oxide (N-rGO/CuO) nano composite and ionic liquid (IL). The modification of carbon paste electrode (CPE) with N-rGO/CuO/IL (N-rGO/ CuO/ILCPE) exhibited an excellent electrochemical sensing performance to 4-aminophenol compared with bare CPE, ILCPE and N-rGO/CuO/CPE. The N-rGO/CuO/ILCPE exhibited the linear dynamic ranging between 0.1 and 800.0 mu M with a detection limit of 0.027 mu M to determine 4-aminophenol. Also, as-prepared N-rGO/CuO/ILCPE was also employed to detect 4-aminophenol and acetaminophen simultaneously. In a system consisting of 4-aminophenol and acetaminophen concurrently, there were two distinct oxidation peaks and the potential separation of oxidation peaks of 4-aminophenol and acetaminophene was 310 mV, owing to the synergistic impact of CuO/ N-rGO nanocomposite and IL. Furthermore, the 4-aminophenol and acetaminophen levels in acetaminophen tablets and river water samples were accurately detected by the prepared sensor.
