▎ 摘  要

We demonstrate mid-infrared (MIR) photodetection by using a graphene nanoribbon (GNR) bolometer. Graphene is patterned into a GNR structure to open the transport gap (TG). Within the TG, the GNR exhibits Coulomb oscillation (CO), and the conductance peak in the CO exhibits electron temperature dependence. MIR photoirradiation induces electron heating of the GNR and thus enables us to detect the MIR light through the conductance change of the GNR. (C) 2014 The Japan Society of Applied Physics
