▎ 摘  要

The skin is the human body's largest sensory organ, which can sense external pressure, temperature, humidity, and other complex environmental stimuli. It is a new research hotspot to simulate the perception ability of human skin through electronic technology, and it has a widespread application in human health monitoring, artificial intelligence, human-machine interface, and other fields. Based on different sensing mechanisms and structural designs, the sensor arrays with flexibility, stretchability, high sensitivity, and wide measurement range are constructed, which can distinguish weak signals such as airflow and sound vibration. This article reviews the conduction mechanisms, structural designs and research methods to achieve the high performance of graphene electronic skin. Special emphasis is placed on the working principle of graphene electronic skin and the methods to improve its performance, especially in terms of biocompatibility and degradability. This review also discusses the challenges and prospects of graphene electronic skin.
