▎ 摘 要
Improved field emission properties are demonstrated based on the multidimensional graphene-carbon nanotube (G-CNT) emitters decorated with gold nanoparticles (AuNPs). Chemical vapor deposition and screen printing are adopted to prepare the complex structures of G-CNT emitters. The AuNPs decoration of the emitters is implemented by the thermal evaporation and rapid thermal annealing of the Au film. Experimental results reveal that the proposed field emitters can supply a peak current of >17 mA with the current density of 556.05 mA/cm(2). G-CNTs retain the turn-ON electric field that is <0.998 V/mu m, and the emission has been proved to be very stable.
