▎ 摘 要
We have investigated the electronic properties and adsorption site of iron adatoms on monolayer and bilayer graphene on Ru(0001) by means of scanning tunneling microscopy/spectroscopy at 5 K. On monolayer graphene we find that Fe adatoms reside in the valleys and the ripples' edges within the moire pattern. We correlate the position of Fe atoms on the edges with geometrical and charge effects. If Fe atoms are adsorbed on bilayer graphene the impurities are attracted by defects and strained regions of graphene. Scanning tunneling spectroscopy reveals inhomogeneous electronic properties of Fe adatoms, depending on their adsorption site.
