▎ 摘 要
We have proposed several four metasurface sensor designs that include metasurface design with no gaps (MSDG), metasurface design with outer gaps (MSDG1), metasurface design with inner gaps (MSDG2), and metasurface design with inner and outer gaps (MSDG3) for the detection of several types of cancer affected cells. There are significant differences in optical properties between cancer-contaminated cells and their normal counterparts when the refractive indices of the two cell types are compared. A liquid's concentration of malignant cells is estimated at 80 %. The structure parameters are varied to obtain the optimal design. The sensors are investigated for several parameters including absolute and relative sensitivities, Quality factor (Q factor), a figure of merit (FOM), detection limit, etc. For each structure designs highest sensitivities of 66.67 GHz/RIU, 66.67 GHz/RIU, 200 GHz/RIU, and 207.14 GHz/RIU are achieved in terms of both absolute sensitivity and relative sensitivity. The Q factor and FOM of 13.11 and 3.86 RIU-1 are attained, respectively and the lowest detection limit of 0.17 RIU is obtained for the optimal design of MSDG3.
