▎ 摘 要
In this paper, BVO-T/rGO composite was successfully synthesized through hydrothermal method and ultraviolet irradiation. The structure and physicochemical properties of the materials were characterized by means of the XRD, FE-SEM, HRTEM, Raman, and UV-Vis techniques. The photocatalytic performance of as-synthesized samples was evaluated by photodegradation of RhB under visible light irradiation. It is shown that BiVO4 is a truncate octahedron-like morphology with (040) facet exposed and is tightly wrapped by rGO. The Raman spectrum of BVO-T/rGO shows two characteristic bands, which is corresponding to the D band and G band of rGO, respectively. After combining with rGO, the composite shows much higher photocatalytic performance. The possible formation mechanisms of such multiple morphological BiVO4 materials have also been discussed.
