▎ 摘  要

A modified graphene oxide (GO-DDA) obtained by the amidation reaction of graphene oxide (GO) with dodecylamine (DDA) is used to prepare GO-DDA/aircraft structural corrosion inhibiting compounds (CIC-23) composite coating to enhance the effectiveness and usability of CICs. The corrosion property is investigated by electrochemical tests and metallographic microscope, and the anti-aging property is studied by accelerated UV-condensation exposure experiments. Owing to the abundant alkane chains, GO-DDA has good compatibility with CIC-23 matrix, providing the composite coating with favourable barrier property and corrosion resistance property. The GO-DDA/CIC-23 (1.2%) composite coating possesses the best corrosion resistance (E-corr: 0.063 +/- 0.0002 V, I-corr: (7.24 +/- 0.02)E-08 A/cm(2), PE %: 99.67 +/- 0.31%, and R-p: (1.51 +/- 0.004)E06 Omega cm(2)) among all samples. Moreover, the GO-DDA/CIC-23 (1.2%) coating has the optimal aging resistance, because the strong interfacial interaction between GO-DDA and CIC-23 matrix can obviously hamper the growth of cracks and decrease the channel of corrosion media to the metal surface. This work can provide guidelines on the development of highly effective corrosion inhibiting compounds from aircraft structure.
