▎ 摘  要

Grafting polymerization of glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) onto natural rubber (NR-g-GMA) was firstly carried out in latex. The structure of the NR-g-GMA was confirmed by attenuated total teflectance-Fourier transform infrared reflectance (ATR-FTIR) and proton nuclear magnetic resonance (H-1 NMR). Then NR-g-GMA was further reinforced by graphene oxide (GO) via mechanical mixing method. The effects of GO content on the curing characteristics and mechanical properties of the NR-g-GMA/GO nanocomposites were investigated. Results revealed that GMA had been successfully grafted onto the NR, and GO were dispersed uniformly in the NR-g-GMA. All the delta torque, tensile strength and tear strength of the NR-g-GMA/GO nanocomposites with 3 phr GO were the maximum. Compared with those of the NR/GO nanocomposites, the NR-g-GMA/GO nanocomposites presented relatively better t(90), tensile strength & elongation at break and T-g , and also had less rolling resistance, rolling loss & dynamic heating.
