▎ 摘 要
In the present study, we demonstrated that graphene oxide sheets were employed on the enrichment process of bacteria from environmental samples without any additives. The graphene oxide layer was coated onto glass microbeads by using APTES((3-Aminopropyl)triethoxysilane) as a linker and confirmed by Raman spectroscopy and atomic force microscopy. The bacteria were well adsorbed on the graphene oxide layer in the wide range of flow rate. The fabrication method to graphene oxide coated micro bead was investigated regarding as bacteria adsorption and operating conditions such as sample loading rate and bead amounts were also optimized for bacterial adsorption on graphene oxide-coated beads in packe bed column format. The bacteria adsorbed on graphene oxide layers could be directly extracted and measured by real time PCR. This bacterial adsorption and enrichment method using the graphene oxide layer could be directly applied to detection of bacteria in environmental samples.
