▎ 摘 要
Persistent current is investigated in a zigzag hexagonal graphene ring threaded by a magnetic flux at nonzero temperature. A simple model is introduced which takes into account the electron scattering by phonons. Below room temperature, the phonon energy is extremely smaller than the electron kinetic energy as well as the electron-hole symmetry is present. Because of these, the Aharonov-Bohm oscillations and the persistent current are less affected by the electron-phonon interaction even at room temperature. Above room temperature, there is a strong electron-phonon interaction, which leads to the reduction of the persistent current. Copyright (C) EPLA, 2015
