▎ 摘 要
WO3 nanoparticle and flower-like WO3/graphene nanocomposite were successfully synthesized via a microwave-assisted hydrothermal method. The obtained samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction, Raman spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscope techniques. The gas-sensing performance of the as-synthesized materials was also investigated. The experimental results revealed that the graphene plays an important role in the crystal structure evolution from WO3 nanoparticle to flower-like WO3/graphene nanocomposite. The flower-like WO3/graphene nanocomposite shows far better gas-sensing properties for aniline gas at 80 degrees C.
