▎ 摘　　要

Graphene is a carbon nano-particle with unique properties, used in many devices such as sensors. A gas reaction with the graphene surface changes the properties of graphene. In this paper, we study these changes and examine the sensitivity of graphene sensors. Finally, we design and simulate a graphene sensor as gas sensors.
