The composition of functional groups, morphology, defect structure, and surface fractal dimension D-S of reduced graphene oxide (RGO) synthesized by reduction of graphene oxide by hydrazine hydrate and heat treatment under hydrogen atmosphere at 400 degrees C are considered. The obtained materials were studied by scanning electron microscopy, infrared and Raman spectroscopy, nitrogen adsorption-desorption, and elemental analysis. It was found that the synthesis method does not affect the fractal dimension of the RGO surface, which is D-S = 2.5-2.7 on a scale of 0.4 nm-120 mu m.
