▎ 摘 要
A stochastic sensor based on a graphene-porphyrin composite (Gr-TPyP) paste was designed for the determination of beta-carotene in soft drinks and its response characteristics studied. A linear response was obtained in the concentration range between 1.00x10(-15) mol L-1 and 1.00x10(-3) mol L-1, with a low limit of determination (1.00x10(-15) mol L-1) and a high sensitivity (8.66x10(10) s(-1)/mol L-1). The proposed method was used for the assay of beta-carotene in soft drinks and shown to be reliable.
