▎ 摘  要

In this study, graphene and ethyl 2-(4-ferrocenyl-[1,2,3] triazol-1-yl) acetate (EFTA) modified carbon paste electrode (EFTAGCPE) was used for the determination of droxidopa. The electrochemical behavior of droxidopa was investigated using cyclic voltammetry (CV), chronoamperometry (CA) and square wave voltammetry (SWV) techniques. The experimental results indicate that this new modified electrode exhibits remarkable ability to increase the electroactive surface area and enhance the electron-transfer between the electrode and the droxidopa which result in the improvement of the voltammetric responses of droxidopa e. g. decrease in overpotential and substantial increase in peak current. Due to the fine characteristics of modified electrode, a good linear relationship between the anodic peak current and droxidopa concentration in the range 2.0-400.0 mu M was observed. The detection limit (3s) obtained by SWV was 9.0 x 10-8 M (S/N = 3). The electrochemical method showed an excellent character for electrocatalytic oxidization of droxidopa in the presence of acetaminophen and tyrosine. Finally, to evaluate the applicability of this sensor, it was exploited for voltammetric determination of droxidopa, acetaminophen and tyrosine in real samples. Here, a new sensor is introduced that is simple, rapid, sensitive, selective and cost-effective for simultaneous quantitation of droxidopa, acetaminophen and tyrosine in real samples.
