▎ 摘 要
A series of novel graphene (G) encapsulated Al coatings with different G content reinforced by Al2O3 were deposited on AZ31B Mg alloy via low pressure cold spraying technology. Their structure and corrosion characteristics were evaluated. The results indicated that in-situ reduction method could be used to reduce graphene oxide (GO) to G coated on the surface of Al powders. The obtained G encapsulated Al powders could be deposited to form a protective coating on Mg alloy by low pressure cold spraying. In the cold sprayed coatings, the plastic deformation of the Al/G particles is more severe than that of the pure Al particles. The cold sprayed Al/G coating behaves more compact structure than the cold sprayed Al coating. The cold sprayed Al/G coating has well corrosion resistance and stronger re-passivation capacity due to its longitudinally accelerated pitting corrosion mechanism changed to tangential superficial corrosion by graphene.
