▎ 摘  要

A graphene modified glassy carbon electrode (GR/GCE) has been developed and used for selective determination of an ergot derivative drug cabergoline (CAB) in Britton Robinson (BR) buffer at pH 4.5 in ethyl alcohol using cyclic and square wave voltammetric techniques. Excellent electrochemical properties of graphene (GR) offers sensitive voltammetric determination of cabergoline with low detection limit, good stability and quick response towards electrocatalytic oxidation of cabergoline as compared to bare glassy carbon electrode (GCE). Morphological characteristics of electrode were studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Electrochemical properties of fabricated GR/GCE sensor were investigated by various characterization techniques. Under optimized conditions, square wave anodic current exhibits a linear response for cabergoline over a concentration range of 0.2 (mu g mL(-1)) to 5.2 (mu g mL(-1)) with a correlation coefficient (r(2)) of 0.9968, a detection limit (LOD) 5.441 ng mL(-1) and a quantification limit (LOQ) 18.137 ng m(-1). The sensor shows an excellent performance for detecting cabergoline with a reproducibility of 1.49% relative standard deviation (RSD) and a satisfactory recovery from 98.6% to 100.8%.
