▎ 摘  要

A dual-gate graphene thermoelectric device structure is proposed. Under the control of back-gate and top-gate voltage, the type and degree of carrier transport in graphene channels can be changed, where the absorption and release of heat are controlled at the contact between graphene and metal electrodes.
