▎ 摘 要
Herein, we investigated the interaction of cisplatin loaded on GO (GO@CDDP) with two regulatory sequences, BRCA1 and BRCA2, synthesized from ssDNA based on agarose gel electrophoresis and fluorescence spectroscopy. For this reason, the GO nanosheets were prepared by exfoliating graphite according to the modified Hummer's method and then the anticancer drug of CDDP was loaded on GO. Inductively coupled plasma analysis of the GO/CDDP indicated that the CDDP adsorbed on GO. The results showed that the efficiency of GO@CDDP in the quenching of sequence synthesized was significantly reduced compared to cisplatin. Furthermore, it was observed that the interaction of BRCA1 with GO@CDDP is slightly stronger than BRCA2.
