▎ 摘 要
CdS hollow spheres supported on graphene oxide sheets were successfully synthesized via a simple template-free, biomolecule-assisted method. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Transmision electron microscopy (TEM), Fourier transform infrared spectrum (FT-IR), Ultraviolet visible diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (DRS), Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) and Photoluminescence spectra (PL). The photocatalytic activities of the GO/CdS hollow spheres nanocomposites were evaluated by photodegradation of methylene blue and salicylic acid under visible light irradiation. Compared with pure CdS hollow spheres and degussa P25, the GO/CdS hollow spheres nanocomposites show enhanced photocatalytic activity, which is ascribed to graphene oxide as an excellent electron acceptor and transporter, thus reducing the recombination of charge carriers.
