▎ 摘 要
The study of electromagnetic fields in human tissue at the terahertz range is considered as one of the most recent research fields that are used to diagnose and treat skin cancer. This paper studies the effects of electromagnetic field on human skin tissue in the terahertz band with finite difference time domain method. A graphene-based nanoribbon patch antenna operating at a frequency of 0.585 THz, located 20 mm from the human skin, is considered. This paper intends to conduct an analysis of a patch antenna with a cubic sample tissue model whose dielectric dispersion properties are simulated with a double Debye model at the terahertz frequency. The power density is determined for the proposed antenna patch model using CST MWS software.
