▎ 摘 要
Composite films based on CH3NH3PbI3 organometallic perovskite and particles of graphene oxide with a content of similar to 0, 2, 6, and 15 wt % were studied by terahertz spectroscopy in the time domain in the spectral range 0.2-2.9 THz. It has been found that the terahertz absorption coefficient and the real part of the optical conductivity of the CH3NH3PbI3:GO composite increase significantly with increasing content of graphene-oxide particles. It was found that the contribution to the absorption and optical conductivity of low-frequency vibrational modes in the perovskite molecule at 0.96 and 1.92 THz significantly decreases with increasing graphene oxide concentration.
