We theoretically investigate the fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) in two dimensional (2D) graphene/h-BN heterostructure. We use plasmon to enhance the intensity of fluorescence and manipulate the direction of fluorescence to improve the efficiency of FRET. We calculated the plasmon-enhanced fluorescence resonance energy transfer of three different ratios of donor-acceptor systems and found that the ratio of donor and acceptor will both affect the intensity and efficiency of FRET. Our results contribute to the deep understanding of FRET in Graphene/h-BN donor-acceptor system and theoretically provide basis for design of emerging graphene/h-BN 2D light emission diode (2D-LED).
