▎ 摘 要
A composite material composed of TiNb2O7 nanoparticle and conducting graphene is fabricated. It can be used as a superior negative electrode material for high-performance Li-ion batteries. The obtained particle size of the TiNb2O7 material is 200-300 nm. This TiNb2O7/reduced graphene oxide composite (noted as TNO/rGO) shows some excellent electrochemical properties such as large reversible capacity, fine cyclic performance, and good high rate capability, etc. Finally, the TNO/rGO composite material delivers discharge capacities at 1 degrees C of 275 mA h g(-1), and delivers discharge capacities at 10 degrees C of 216 mA h g(-1), respectively. As a counterpart, TiNb2O7 oxide is also synthesized by a similar way. Most particle size of TiNb2O7 is above 500 nm, and its discharge capacities at 1C is 220 mAh g(-1), and 167 mA h g(-1) at 10 C.
