▎ 摘 要
We report herein the simple methodology for the synthesis of Graphene Oxide (GO)-metal nanohybrids through selective reduction technique (SRT), which eliminates the formation of undesirable reduced Graphene Oxide (rGO) by conventional method and enhances the dispersibility of GO-nanohybrids in aqueous medium. The dispersibility of the materials in aqueous medium has been explained from zeta (zeta) potential value. The synthesized materials are characterized well by UV-Vis spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), Raman spectroscopy and various types of microscopic studies such as Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), and Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM). A preliminary attempt has been made to search its (doped materials) bioactivity towards breast cancer cells (MCF-7). The results are compared with a well known anti cancer chemotherapy drug Mitomycin-C. (C) 2016 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
