▎ 摘 要
Combination of inorganic perovskite and graphene is very attractive for many optoelectronic applications due to superior optical and electric properties. Here, we demonstrate the blue photoluminescence from CsPbBr3 nanocrystals-graphene hybrid structures prepared by directly growing CsPbBr3 nanoplates with graphene oxide (GO) as an additive. As the amount of GO increases, the self-assembled CsPbBr3 nanoplates with few nanometer thickness are created near edges and on the graphene layers. The morphological change of CsPbBr3 from nanocube to nanoplate leads to blue shifted optical absorption and radiative emission due to quantum size effect. The nanocomposites composed of CsPbBr3 and GO exhibits a shorter lifetime of radiative recombination by effective charge transfer from CsPbBr3 to GO. The results suggest that the synthesis of inorganic perovskite with graphene will encourage new direction for the control of electrical and optical properties of perovskite nano crystals as well as the development of advanced optoelectronic devices.
