▎ 摘 要
Integration of functional structures onto foldable, stretchable and disposable paper substrates is a growing field in low cost electronics. Herein this paper, we present a laser printing technology to directly convert fibrous paper to molybdenum carbide-graphene composite with exceptional conductivity (<50 O/sq). The hierarchical porous structure can scatter and dissipate incoming electric magnetic wave, which provides over 20 dB electromagnetic interference shielding efficiency. Such a low-cost manufacturing process not only inspires new design of paper-based electronics devices, the temperature resilience of carbide-graphene composite can potentially enable applications in harsh environments.
