▎ 摘 要
Three-phase graphene/BaTiO3/polyvinylidene fluoride composites films are prepared with a simple solution-cast method. The effects of graphene oxides (GOs) and reduced graphene oxides (RGOs) on the dielectric behavior of the three-phase composites are investigated at elevated electric field up to 150 kV/mm. BaTiO3 nanoparticles isolate the graphene nanosheets, leading to much higher percolation threshold. The introduction of both RGOs and GOs increases the leakage current in the three-phase composites at elevated electric field. The positive-up-negative-down measurements indicate that the switched polarization slightly increases with the addition of RGOs or GOs and is much smaller than the remnant polarization obtained from the P-E loops.
