▎ 摘  要

We propose graphene-silicon superstructure grating which gives tunable and broadband response. The graphene sections are interleaved with silicon material to create superstructure grating. The proposed structure is tunable over 1-6 THz frequency range. Proposed grating structure is actively tunable with graphene chemical potential. Transmittance, reflectance and electric field intensity responses are presented in this paper for different graphene chemical potentials and angles. Grating structure is also analyzed for different geometry parameters like grating period and a number of graphene gratings. It is observed that better grating response is achieved for higher chemical potential. Proposed tunable graphene structure can be used as a basic building block of several infrared frequency devices.
