▎ 摘 要
The accurate detection of glucose level is of great significance in life. In this work, we design the flexible com-posite microelectrode based on carbon fiber wrapped by reduced graphene oxide supported Ni-MOF nanoflake arrays and investigate its practical application in glucose detection. Owing to synergy effect of the flexible and conductive carbon sustrate and loaded highly dense Ni-MOF nanoflake arrays, the as-obtained Ni-MOF/RGO/ CF electrode exhibit improved electrocatalytic activity for glucose detection. The electrochemical results show that the modified microelectrode has high sensitivity of 852 mu A cm(-2) mM(-1) and wide linear range (6 mu M-2.09 mM). The limit value was as low as 0.6 mu M. Furthermore, the flexible sensor exhibits satisfied selectivity, reproducibility and mechanical stability, and can be applied for glucose detection in real samples.
