▎ 摘 要
We report a method for preparing dopamine/grapheme oxide/glassy carbon electrode (DA/GO/GCE) nanocomposite by deposition of dopamine on GO/GC with cyclic voltammetry. The immobilized DA on GO/GCE surface is highly stable and remarkably improves the electrocatalytic activity towards the oxidation of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NADH) at potentials of +0.1 V. The DA/GO/GCE exhibits good amperometric response to NADH, with linear range from 25 mu M to 220 mu M and detection limit of 1.4 mu M. The response of NADH demonstrates to be highly reproducible. The R.S.D. for the NADH sensitivity obtained with three different electrodes for twelve determinations was 6.38%. Even more important, after 10 minutes for NADH with the same surface the decrease in the sensitivity was smaller than 3%.
