▎ 摘 要
Well dispersed VO2(B) nanorods with diameter of 40 nm and length of 150 nm were prepared via a facile two-step hydrothermal reaction using V2O5 as raw material and rod-like vanadyl ethylene glycolate (VEG) as intermediate product, separately. A three-dimensional (3D) VO2(B)/rGO composite was obtained by adding graphene oxide (GO). This composite was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The rGO was closely connected to the VO2(B) nanorods and improved the performance, especially the cycling stability of VO2(B), when exploited as cathode material of lithium-ion batteries.
