Ultralow friction and corrosion resistant polymer composite coatings were prepared by introducing diverse terminated silicone oils (TSOs) into polyurethane (PU) resin and the graphene oxide (GO) functionalized by aniline oligomer (AOFG) was inducted to improve performances of PU composite coatings. CH3-TSO modified PU coating with the content of 5% had the optimal friction-reduced effect due to the weakest binding force with PU framework. The CH3-TSO/AOFG/PU trinary coating (GMSOPU) showed further-elevated enhanced resistance to high load and speed because that AOFG crosslinked with PU skeleton and achieved the denser and stronger coating structure to withstand the friction stress on the basis of CH3-TSO liquid lubrication. Moreover, CH3-TSO increased the contact angle of the PU composite coatings and effectively inhibited erosion. Combining with the synergistic effect of the CH3-TSO and AOFG, compact GMSOPU coating had the most excellent anti-corrosion properties due to the enhanced permeability resistance and extended corrosion path.
