▎ 摘 要
The bimetallic Pd-Ag/reduce graphene oxide nanocomposites is a superior sensing material owing to its large electroactive surface area fast electron transfer and huge number of active sites. In this work we report a one pot synthesis for the Pd-Ag bimetallic nanoparticles on the surface reduced graphene oxide support. The Pd-Ag/rGO nanocomposite based electrochemical sensor demonstrates a good electrocatalytic performance towards the determination of etilefrine (ET) due to synergistic effect of the bimetallic Pd-Ag/rGO nanocomposites. Furthermore, it could be possible to identify the individual peaks of ET and acetaminophen (APAP) at the Pd-Ag/rGO/GCE with enhanced peak currents for the determination of ET and APAP. The linear response ranges were 2.7 x 10(-4)-5.6 x 10(-4) mol dm(-3) and 9.9 x 10(-6)-4.3 x 10(-5) mol dm(-3), with a limit of detection of 0.139 and 0.256 mol dm(-3), respectively. The validity of the proposed sensor was finally evaluated through its application in real samples.
