▎ 摘  要

This study described the synthesis, characterization and application of novel Pt nanoparticles supported on nitrogen doped reduced graphene oxide-single wall carbon nanotubes (Pt-N-rGO-SWCNTs) nanocomposite as a sensitive sensing interface for electrochemical determination of piroxicam (PXM). The Pt-N-rGO-SWCNTs nanocomposite was synthesized by a simple one-pot wet-chemical strategy employing ammonium carbonate as N source and reducing agent. The structure and morphology of Pt-N-rGO-SWCNTs nanocomposite were extensively studied by various characterization techniques. Benefiting from their unique structural and functional properties of different components and synergistic effect, the resulting Pt-N-rGO-SWCNTs nanocomposite showed excellent sensing performance toward the oxidation of PXM. The corresponding calibration curve for the current responses using differential pulse voltammetry method (DPV) showed a wide linear range of 0.02 to 20 lig with a lower detection limit of 5 ng mL 1. Also, the as-prepared sensor showed outstanding stability, reproducibility and anti-interference capability for the determination of PXM.
