The nanocomposites (NCs) contain a hybrid matrix and reinforcing material that could improve the physicochemical and biological properties of individual compounds. HAP, Cu2O, and GO were prepared separately and combined to fabricate nanocomposite (NCs). The hexagonal symmetry of HAP and the cubic symmetry of Cu2O were confirmed using XRD analysis. The different scanning techniques detected HAP with nanorod shape. The length decreased from 50 to 27 nm. Rv reached 208.4 nm. The effect of the ternary nanocomposite (TNC) against S. aureus and E. coli reached 14.1 +/- 1.1 and 13.2 +/- 1.2 mm, respectively. Furthermore, the cell viability towards the human cell line is around 103 +/- 4%. The enhancement in antibacterial behavior and cell viability confirms the biocompatibility of the TNC to be encouraged for use in biomedical utilizations such as bone regeneration.
