▎ 摘 要
Graphene-poly (styrene sulfonate)-Pt nanocomposite (GN-PSS-Pt) was synthesized by the microwave treatment of the mixture of graphene oxide and chloroplatinic acid. The nanocomposite was characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and Raman spectroscopy, respectively. The electrochemical behaviour of dopamine on the nanocomposite was investigated and a chronoamperometry method was developed for the determination of dopamine. The corresponding linear range and the detection limit were estimated as 2.0x10(-7)-4.0x10(-3) mol/L and 4.0x10(-8) mol/L (S/N = 3), respectively.
