▎ 摘 要
In this study, a novel cyclic ultrasound-assisted liquid phase exfoliation method for graphene in deionized water (DIW) was studied. A cyclic apparatus that can control temperature was developed. The size, thickness, number of layers of as-prepared graphene suspensions were characterized and quantified based on this apparatus covering the frequency range of 20 kHz to 35 kHz. The statistics shown that the prepared graphene has a surface area of 9.77 mu m2 and a composite conductivity of 1.45 x 104 S/m at a frequency of 35 kHz. This study offers a potential pathway for its large-scale production at a low cost.
