▎ 摘  要

TiS3 nanobelts were synthesized by a chemical-vapor-transport method of Ti powders and S powders, and then the nanobelts were converted into TiS2 nanobelts by a vacuum-pyrolysis reaction. The morphology and structure were characterized by scanned electronic microscope (SEM), high-resolution transmission electron microscope (HRTEM), and X-ray diffraction (XRD), respectively. The size of the TiS2 nanobelts approached that of the TiS3 nanobelts, with a width of about 0.1-1.8 mu m, a thickness of about 10-200 nm, and a length up to 100 micrometers. Both the nanobelts were respectively mixed with different amounts of reduced graphene oxide (RGO) as cathode materials for lithium-ion batteries (LIBs). The results showed that the electrochemical performance of the composites was greatly enhanced, indicating that the composites might have a promising future as application in LIBs.
