▎ 摘 要
In this paper, the piezoresponse of self oriented ultrathin organic ferroelectric Poly (vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) supported on graphene oxide sheets (GO) is investigated. The surface morphology and piezoresponse of PVDF supported on GO are investigated using atomic force microscopy and piezoresponse force microscopy, respectively. PVDF crystallized as nano lamellae in the presence of GO indicating preferable nucleation on GO. The PVDF/GO hybrid structures exhibit piezoresponse and a d(33) value of -8.4 +/- 1.3 pm V-1. We believe that the presence of piezoelectricity at such reduced dimensions will be immensely useful for various applications in nonvolatile memories, optical modulators, sensors and flexible biocompatible devices.
