Based on the transfer-matrix method, the transport properties of electrons in the multi-layers structure with the spatially-modulated strength of spin-orbit interactions (SOIs) have been investigated. We show that the transmission and the conductance oscillate with the parameters of the structure and the incident energy. In particular, when only the Rashba spin-orbit interaction (RSOI) exists, in sharp contrast to its counterpart in conventional junctions, the minima of the normal transmission probabilities just reach a constant value 0.5.
