▎ 摘 要
Several layers-stacked functionalized graphene (SLFG) was synthesized by Solution Plasma Process (SPP) from graphite at ambient temperature and atmospheric pressure. Plasma was generated between two tungsten electrodes immersed in a suspension of graphite flakes in an aqueous solution of an ionic liquid. The 2D band in the Raman spectrum, as well as the morphological images from transmission electron microscopy, confirmed several layers-stacked structure. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) analysis confirmed that the synthesized several layers-stacked graphene includes 6.7 at% nitrogen. Raman spectroscopy, XPS, and scanning tunneling microscopy support the incorporation of nitrogen, determining a low electrical resistance of 0.01 Omega cm of SLFG, which is comparable to the electrical resistance of N-doped graphene, carbon nanofibers, and carbon nano-tubes. SPP simultaneously conducted the exfoliation and functionalization of several layers-stacked graphene.
