We report the Kondo effect in graphene quantum dots. We fabricated graphene quantum dots using CVD graphene. We measured the graphene quantum dots at 20mK in a dilution refrigerator. We detected a zero-bias conductance peak in the Coulomb blockade regime. The zero-bias conductance peak was suppressed under magnetic fields, which indicates the Kondo effect. We evaluated the Kondo temperatures of 4.8K from the zero-bias peak and 3.2K from the tunnel coupling and the charging energy. (C) 2017 The Japan Society of Applied Physics
