▎ 摘  要

We develop a comparative thermal conductivity measurement technique based on miniature differential thermocouples and measure the temperature dependence of the thermal conductivity of chemical vapor deposition grown graphene supported on glass or SiO2 substrate in the temperature range of 180-420 K. For all 28 investigated samples, the obtained room temperature values of the thermal conductivity are bounded between 1800 and 2200 W/m K. Compared with other techniques, we find that a significant improvement in accuracy of our measurements is because of the absence of chemical doping/contamination from micro-fabrication procedures. Our results are confirmed using scanning thermal microscopy. (C) 2013 AIP Publishing LLC.
