▎ 摘 要
This study reports that large-area graphene (LAG) improved with TiO2 (LAG/TiO2) was synthesized by a simple CVD method and ultrasonic steps at low temperatures under atmospheric pressure. The surface structure, crystal phase, and elemental identification of these obtained LAG/TiO2 composites were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), energy dispersive X-ray (EDX) analysis, Raman spectra, and UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectra. The photonic activity was investigated to degradation with methylene blue (MB). The degradation performance of MB solution was determined by UV-Vis spectrophotometry.
