▎ 摘 要
In this work, the authors report on the electrophoretic deposition of C-60 on graphene. The graphene films were characterized using Raman spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy, and electrical contacts were made with the graphene nanomembranes using a viscoelastic stamping method. Different concentration solutions of C-60 were prepared and deposited on graphene substrates using the electrophoretic deposition technique. Electronic characterization of the structures was conducted before and after the attachment of C-60. Optical absorption of different concentrations of C60 was measured. A comparative study was carried out to analyze the resistivity and conductivity as a result of the interaction with a Si/SiO2 substrate. Our results suggest that graphene based C-60 structures are attractive as flexible transparent electrodes and are excellent electron accepting/charge transport materials for the construction of efficient photovoltaic devices.
